1. Use of the Platform

The Promise Drift AIdvisor is an AI-powered diagnostic tool designed to help organizations identify gaps between what they promise and what they deliver. You may use the platform for your own internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advisory Services

The Promise Drift AIdvisor and its reports are informational tools only. They do not constitute professional consulting, legal, financial, or advisory services. The findings and recommendations generated by the platform are based on publicly available information and the diagnostic responses you provide. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on any report or output generated by the platform. If your situation requires professional advisory engagement, we recommend contacting us directly at hi@promisealignment.com.

3. Report Ownership

All Promise Drift Reports, Competitive Analysis reports, and other outputs generated by the platform are the intellectual property of The Promise Alignment Company, LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use your reports for your own internal business purposes. You may share your report via the provided share link. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute report content without our prior written consent.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide during the diagnostic process. By using the platform, you grant us a license to use your diagnostic inputs to generate your report and to improve our platform and methodology. We will not share your specific company information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

• Conduct competitive intelligence on behalf of a competitor of The Promise Alignment Company, LLC
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Promise Alignment System (PAS) methodology or framework
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or organization during a diagnostic
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Promise Alignment System (PAS), Promise Stack, Promise Gate, Promise Drift, Drift Zones, Alignment Network, and Alignment Rhythm are proprietary frameworks of The Promise Alignment Company, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, methodologies, or intellectual property beyond what is expressly stated here.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@promisealignment.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using the diagnostic.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Promise Alignment Company, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
