Why we charge by company, not by seat.
PAS governs an organization's promises, the Core Promise, the Promise Stack, the Alignment Rhythm. These are company-level artifacts. The Alignment Network spans the whole company: leadership, marketing, sales, service, operations, and AI agents.
A pricing model that charges by seat would be at war with the framework. The more people inside a company who experience PAS, the more aligned the company's promises become. So every seat is free. One company is one subscription.

Why we charge by stage, classified automatically.
Stage is determined by our research pipeline using public data: funding stage, estimated size, public market filings when applicable. Every prospect who runs a free Promise Drift Report receives a stage classification before any pricing conversation.
We show the classification with citations. If the classification is wrong, you can dispute it with documentation and we update it. Your stage matches your company's size, not a salesperson's quota.
04 / quarterly
Why we commit by quarter, minimum.
PAS is a temporal product. The Alignment Rhythm only delivers value at the cadence it runs at. A monthly customer cannot complete a Quarterly Gate Calibration. Selling a monthly plan would mean selling something we structurally cannot deliver, and that violates the framework PAS enforces.
Quarterly is the floor. Annual is offered at fifteen percent off the equivalent four-quarter price.

Why the AIdvisor is included at every plan.
The Alignment Rhythm AIdvisor is how PAS delivers governance at every stage. Weekly Promise Standup, Monthly Stack Review, Quarterly Gate Calibration, Annual Promise Reset.
