Quarterly contracts auto-renew quarterly with 30 days cancellation notice. Annual contracts auto-renew annually with 60 days cancellation notice. There is no automatic price escalation built into renewal.
Four questions to answer before you sign up.
If your company exceeds Scale bands or is a public company above $500M revenue, you’re at the Enterprise tier and we’ll quote it custom, starting near $120K annually. If your company is in an unusual position, like a recent acquisition or a holding company structure, talk with us and we’ll classify it together.
Stage changes take effect at your next renewal, not mid-cycle. If your company moves up a stage during your contract, you keep the lower rate until renewal. If your company moves down, you keep the higher rate until renewal, then the lower rate takes effect.
Not today. The Alignment Rhythm AIdvisor is the synthesis layer that runs the cadence. Bringing a custom model would mean you maintain the prompt engineering and output quality, which we are not willing to outsource at v1. The PAS MCP Server is the Destination your AI agents subscribe to, so any agent in your stack can read approved truth, but the AIdvisor itself stays inside the platform.
